A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a residential dwelling performed for a fee, which is intended to identify defects within specific components of a home. A Home Inspection will evaluate the overall condition of a home based on the visual and apparent condition of the structure as of the date of the inspection. The home will be inspected based on the standards of practice as established by British Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors (BCIPI).
